Shanghai Raffles City
Opened in 2004, Raffles City is a multi-use development located in downtown in Shanghai. Close to the People’s Square and Nanjing Road, next to the Shanghai Museum and Shanghai Municipal Peoples Government. Raffles square occupied the transportation hub of Puxi District and is the intersection of 3 subway lines.
If you enter Raffles from the subway station exit, you will pass through a very interesting underground passage, filled with vivid 3D murals. Fashionable people and things on the wall outline the lively urban fashion life.
The unique difference between other malls is that there are restaurants on almost every floor of the mall.
The first HEYTEA, one of China’s hottest beverage stores, set a record of 4-5 hours’ queue for a cup of beverage when it opened.
