6 Days Guizhou Classic Highlights Tour

Day 1 Guiyang Arrival-Huangguoshu

Arrive in Guiyang airport and you will be welcomed by our lovely guide. Then proceed to Anshun Huangguoshu. Time permitting, we can visit the Tianlong Ancient Town.   

Day 2 Huangguoshu

After breakfast, we will visit the Huangguoshu National Park. Centering at Huangguoshu Waterfall Resort, the Huangguoshu National Park of China encompasses such resorts as Stone Village, Tianxing Bridge, Dripping Shoal, Balinghe River Valley with the site of the ancient post path, Doupotang, and langgong, etc. The resort has been successively designated as the national popular science education base, “National ”, and “Most Charming Tourist Resort in West China”. In 2005, it was ranked as the “most beautiful place in China” by Chinese National Geography, “10 Tourist Resorts of Customer Satisfaction in China” by People’s Daily, and “10 European Tourists’ Favorite Resorts in China”, etc.

Day 3 Huangguoshu-Libo Xiaoqikong

After breakfast, we will drive from Huangguoshu to Libo Xiqoqikong, which may take about 3.5-4 hours. In the afternoon, we will experience the thrilling Shuichun river rafting. It's about 13km long and may take 3.5 hours. It's better to prepare a waterproof mobile cover in advance.   

Day 4 Libo

Today we will have full day sightseeing in Libo, covering an area of about 273 square kilometers. Dubbed a "green gem", this national scenic area features wild karst forests interwoven with beautiful waterscapes and striking valleys and mountains. The area, together with the Maolan National Nature Reserve, an amazingly beautiful karst forest rarely seen in the subtropical zone along the same latitude, was named a World Natural Heritage site in 2007 for its fine examples of karst scenery. The scenic area mainly consists of the Xiaoqikong (Small Seven-hole Bridge) Scenic Zone, Daqikong (Large Seven-hole Bridge) Scenic Zone and Zhangjiang River Scenic Area. The former two, dubbed "Little Jiuzhaigou", unveil a wide array of waterfalls, streams, lakes, forests and fantastic caves. 

Day 5 Libo-Langde/Kaili

Head towards Langde Miao Village and visit Shiqiao Village on the way, where we will see the traditional way of paper-making. After we reach Langde Miao Village, we will experience the most authentic Miao style welcome ceremony. Condition permitting, we can also try fish catching in the field.

Day 6 Langde/Kaili-Kaili Train Station/Guiyang Airport

Today we will have free time till we depart. You can enjoy the trekking near the Miao Village and then we will send you to Kaili Train or Guiyang Airport.
