D1 Hohhot Arrival

Take the train or flight to Hohhot

Upon arrival, airport picking up and transfer to reserved hotel

D2 Hohhot-Huitengxile Grassland-Huanghuagou

After breakfast, we shall visit Inner Mongolia Museum to visit China’s most authoritative northern nomads exhibition complex, walk into the ancient times, visit the world’s largest Cretaceous dinosaur fossils, mammoth fossils, etc., and learn about Mongolia historical process.

Afterwards, we will proceed to Huitengxile Grassland, which is one of the world's three largest alpine meadow grasslands, also one of most well-protected alpine meadow flower grassland in the world. After arrival, local Mongolian people will give your most warm-hearted greetings with kumiss You can enjoy some horse riding there, visiting herdsmen's homes to have a close understanding of lifestyles of herdsmen.

After lunch, head to the Huanghuagou Park, known as the "Daqingshan Address Museum", Here, we will do a little hike there to enjoy its beautiful sceneries. After dinner, join the bonfire party to enjoy a fun evening (if it rains, bonfire party will be cancelled), we will sleep in a yurt for this night. Watch the milky way on the grassland and enjoy the sunrise next morning.

D3 Huitengxile Grassland-Wulanhada Volcano-Huhhot

After breakfast, we will visit the Wulanhada Volcano. Volcano Cluster of Wulanhada is the only one which once erupted in Holocene in the southern border of the Mongolian Plateau,is a natural "Volcano Museum",and is a window to research the deeper structure and activity of the modern crust in this area. Take a light trek inside the park and drive back to Hohhot.

D4Huhhot-Xiangsha Bay-Baotou

After breakfast, we will proceed to Yinken Xiangsha Bay(Resonant Bay) (cable car included), known as "Disney in the Desert" and "Little Dubai of China". We will have plenty of time to explore this desert: sand sea yacht, rail bike, Polaris all-terrain vehicle, zip line, camel riding, performance of "Guolao Legend" at Guo Lao Theater, top of the sand (flying tower), Fairy roller coaster, hump roller coaster, fruit bug trolley (for children), bumper cars (for children), children's amusement and other facilities. Then we will be ready to call it a day and drive to Dalateqi for overnight stay.

D5 Baotou-Huhhot Departure

After breakfast, we will drive back to Hohhot to catch the train/flight back home
