09:30: Hotel Pick-up

Today we won’t rush or get up early as we will need you both to be in the best mood and condition. After breakfast, we will head to the Hanfu Experience Institute.

10:00: Choose the Perfect Wedding Hanfu

Hanfu has a big and complicated system. People wear different dresses on different occasions. Normally speaking, it’s divided into 3 categories: Ceremonial Dress; Formal Dress; Informal Dress. Today we will choose ceremonial dress as we will have a quite important proposal later on.

11:00-12:00: Visit Kuanzhai Valley

After get dressed, we will visit the Kuanzhai Alley. The history of Kuanzhai Alley can be dated back to the Qing Dynasty. Consisting of Wide (Kuan) Alley, Narrow (Zhai) Alley and Well (Jing) Alley, it’s one of Chengdu’s historical and cultural reserves together with Daci Temple reserve and Wenshu Temple reserve.

12:30-14:00: Wedding Proposal

This is the most important part. We will go to a theme restaurant which we have simply decorated in advance. During the meal, the waiters in the restaurant will bring the flowers to your partner one by one. Afterwards, you can start your proposal. Please go ahead and tell him/her how much you love him/her and you are ready to spend the rest of the life with him/her. We will also prepare a Chinese marriage certificate (souvenir only) for you two after he/her says “Yes”.

14:30-17:00: Wedding Photograph

In the afternoon we will wear the ceremonial Hanfu and visit some interesting places to take wedding photos.

Huanhuaxi Park: Huanhuaxi Park is the largest urban forest park in southwest Chengdu. It covers an area of 323,200 square meters. Neighboring Sichuan Museum and Dufu Cottage, the park is a perfect place to take our wedding photo, especially when in the traditional Hanfu. We will practice Chinese traditional wedding ceremony here as well.

Taikoo Li: Located in the heart of Chengdu, Taikoo Li mixes ancient building with modern shopping malls together. Walking through the streets and lanes, you will have the illusion of traveling back to ancient times but will be pulled back immediately when you see the big billboards and fashionable passers-by.

17:30: Return to Hanfu Experience Institute

We will head back to the Hanfu Experience Institute to return our Hanfu. Hope you enjoy today’s trip and have a perfect day with us.
