Siguniang Mountain is famous for its 4 peaks: Dafeng (5,025m), Erfeng (5,276m), Sanfeng (5,355) and Yaomeifeng (6,250m). During this trip, we will climb up the first (Dafeng) and the second peak (Erfeng). Please be prepared as this trip requires physical demand & necessary equipment for high altitude camping and hiking.
Upon arrival, we will meet you at the train station/airport and transfer to hotel. The rest time is for you to relax on your own.
After breakfast we will go to Dujiangyan, the oldest and only surviving no-dam irrigation system in the world. It’s still in use today to irrigate over 5,300 square kilometers in this region. On the way, we will stop by the 2008 earthquake memorial site in Yingxiu town.
After lunch, we will cross the Balang Mountain (4,532m) and enjoy the magnificent mountain landscape along the way. Weather permitting, we will be able to see the panorama of Siguniang Mountain.
In the afternoon, we will arrive in Rilong town where the Siguniang Mountain is situated.

In the morning, we will drive to Changping Valley. Today we will mainly do some sightseeing and simple training. The valley consists of forests, valleys, and snowy mountains.
In the evening, you will have a meeting with our professional mountaineering guide, who will inform you the knowledge of mountain climbing route, notice, necessary skills and some useful tips for the climbing.

Today we will hike through Haizi Valley to the Dafeng Base Camp via Guozhuangping, Dajianbao and Jipengzi for 16km about 6-7 hours. This route is famous for lakes and Alpine meadow. From Dafeng Base Camp, you will have a clear view of the climbing route heading up to the peak.

In early morning, with the assistance from guide and supporting team, we will reach the peak. Normally it takes about 3 hours. After enjoy the breathtaking scenery on the top, we slowly descend to the Base Camp with about 1.5 to 2 hours.
In the afternoon, we will keep hiking to Erfeng base camp.
Today we will continue to climb the Eerfeng Summit (5,276m). It takes about 3 hours to climb up and then another 3 hours to get down to the base camp. Later on, we will hike back to Rilong Town. The whole trekking will be more than 10 hours.
After good rest, we will start the journey back to Chengdu around 9:00am and then reach Chengdu at about 13:00 in the afternoon.
