【Recap】We made It ! Summit of Mt.Otana !

Oct. 3

Today we drove from Chengdu to Heishui Reception Center and stayed in our local trekking leader's Tibetan home. It was the best Tibetan hot pot ever!

Oct. 4

After breakfast, we couldn't wait to start the trekking trip but we would need to wait our trekking leader to brief the important notice and tips first for sure!

On the road, we saw panoramic view of the plateau landscape with different elevations. The best scenery in western Sichuan!

During the trekkin, we met our lovely little friend--Tibetan yak

Oct. 5

Early in the morning, we proceeded to the summit. The slope is steep (about 40°), so we went slowly and gradually.

No matter how difficult the conditions are, we never give up and keep moving forward!

Victory in the front! We saw the peak!

Finally, we reached the summit!

At this moment, we forgot the hardships of climbing and the only thing that matters was the stunning view in front of us.

Oct. 6

Today we went back from Heishui Reception Center to Chengdu. This snowy mountain trip will never be forget.
