The journey was very enjoyable

I did a 7 day trip in Xinjiang a small group of friends and had an amazing time. All the activities we did were excellent and the guides were really knowledgeable and always pointed out great places to eat.

We had a private tour in Guilin (Guilin-Sanjiang-Longsheng-Yangshuo) with China Adventure on the Chinese New Year 2022. Cindy, my contact was very accommodating and answered all my queries. She was patient and provided what we needed on a short notice, about three days before we planned to go.

The local guide, Lisa, was also super nice and easy to work with, she even gave us some Nian Wei snack packs and a special ball from the Dong Minority that we took home with us as souvenirs. The local driver was quiet but sweet; he brought us bags of locally-produced big and small mandarins that were really delicious.

It was rainy that week but we were able to enjoy our trip because it was planned and organized well. It was also reasonably priced. I am looking at their other trips regularly now to see which ones would fit in our schedule and budget. I will definitely book with them again!

Even though China Adventures is based in Chengdu they organised a tour for us in Tibet.

So here we go: Our contact Cindi was super nice and helpful. She organised an 8 day tour to Tibet during the Golden Week holidays. We visited Lhasa, Shigatse, Gyantse and slept at the Mount Everest Base Camp. China Adventures organised the Tibet permit for us and also booked the train tickets from Xining to Lhasa for us since that can be tricky during Chinese Holidays. The guide and the driver selected in Tibet where also among the best we ever had. Especially our lovely tour guide Choden was quite knowledgeable and yet not to pushy and very patient with our group. Cindi was quick to reply at any time and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Book with China Adventures and have some unforgettable experiences!
